Think about the iPhone 4S having a GPU comparable to the GMA 4500MHD (Intel 4 series). Running Counter Strike Source at minimal settings and low resolution could work fine. I’ve used a laptop with this chipset before; the only games that ran smoothly were Warcraft 3. D&D performed poorly even at low settings, while Quake 3 and its versions handled okay. Original Half-Life, CS:GO 1.6, and similar titles seem likely to run well. Torchlight is another option, particularly since it includes a Netbook mode and is generally well-liked for single-player play. My current Intel Atom (Bay Trail) netbook I own can at least handle Skyrim.
