MMO game featuring naval battles across diverse worlds.
It was enjoyable initially, but I removed it since it didn’t grab attention well—just focused on aiming and capturing.
World Of Warships differs greatly from World Of Warcraft. The former is a naval arcade title, not a MMORPG. It's a game created by the Belarusian studio Wargaming. Unless you're deeply interested in naval battles and ship mechanics, I wouldn't recommend it.
I could just play a retro game then and be old-school with Street Fighter on Steam, hehe.
I joined World Of Tanks since I enjoy my German tanks. However, the engine feels terrible, the game is packed with Polish and Czech players, Russian tanks perform well at higher levels, and winning often comes down to using HEAT ammo—German tanks usually struggle and get easily beaten by those who spam it. It's no longer enjoyable at all.
Not really grasping all the frustration around World of Warships? It’s entertaining, the gameplay feels fresh, and you get to command powerful WW1-2 vessels. The system resembles Warthunder/WoT/WoWP with match mechanics and tiered ships. You’ll find stealthy destroyers that can slip through smoke, bulky battleships that can cause damage on impact (depending on luck), and carriers that act like an RTS, directing planes to drop bombs and torpedoes on diverse targets. Each ship offers a balanced challenge, though it’s easy for anyone to cause some damage if they’re not too reckless. The game is free to play, so give it a try—there’s no risk if you don’t enjoy it.
