The problem appears when you pause certain actions (auto harvest, searching containers, searching bodies) for a while in the mod's menu. After that, you can't click to turn it back on. The game runs smoothly otherwise. Using Mod-Organizer, the latest SKSE, and unofficial patches, the load order is as follows:
