The PC is functioning properly before the recent modifications. The "no display" issue might stem from the monitor or its drivers. Also, note that the CPU was undervolted in the BIOS, which could affect performance or stability.

Are all your wires correctly placed? You might try taking out the cable mod extension cables and test again.
