Before I started playing GTA 5 at 90 fps with high settings on my Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-52 at 4.5ghz max, I adjusted my CPU i7-9750H to -0.145 v. It was already set that way. I also reduced the cores but later undid all changes, removed throttle stop, and reinstalled all drivers. From then on, I’ve been playing GTA 5 at 40 fps with low settings. The turbo boost only reaches about 3.5 ghz on average, with low CPU usage around 56%. Please help me achieve the maximum turbo boost of 4.5 ghz as per the benchmarks here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/38388409. Hope someone can assist me.
