I've run Cinebench and Heaven Bench simultaneously, and the outcomes match what I see online. Attempting to execute both at once works smoothly. This is the only situation where my GPU and CPU are operating near full capacity—around 100% CPU and 98% GPU—but in most games, I'm experiencing low frame rates. My GPU stays around 70-80% usage while the CPU hovers at 40-50%. I've tested Apex, Battlefield, Far Cry, and Warzone; nearly all games are lagging. I still manage decent frames, but not the performance others report.

Specs: CPU - 13600k, cooler - Hyper 212 Black Edition, Mobo, Gigabyte Z690 DDR4 RAM (8,8,16GB), 256GB/1TB/2TB SSD, 2000PS, 1250Hz, OS 64-bit, Windows 11, UEFI, F22, no updates available.

I verified that the CPU is experiencing thermal throttling, but Cine Bench hasn't reviewed it in Gaming yet.

There might be a clash between your Nvidia preferences and the game's configuration. During my first week with the PC, I noticed the GPU was running low while the CPU stayed normal, but FPS didn’t match expectations. It seemed like resolution or anti-aliasing settings weren’t applying correctly, possibly because SSAA was being overridden by FXAA. After trying GForce Experience and letting it auto-tune, my GPU usage jumped from around 30% to 92-99%. Recent Windows updates and GPU drivers likely contributed to this change.

I've made the change from a 1080p display to my 4K TV. I'm seeing high GPU utilization and much higher FPS than expected. There seems to be an issue, but I'm not sure how to resolve it. My CPU temperatures are stable around 65°C and 75°C with all 3 cores running at 13600k. Could there be a way to adjust settings or fix this problem?

Did you play your games in 'Window Mode' or 'Borderless'? It’s recommended to use full screen for better performance. The reported 13% CPU and GPU usage suggests the system is in idle or low-power mode.
