Computer Model: Desktop GPU RX 6700 XT TUF CPU Ryzen 5600X Motherboard Crosshair VI RAM 32GB micron PSU 650W Seasonic Prime Case Operating System Version Windows 10 latest GPU Drivers Experienced: Attempted Adrenalin 23.11.1 (WHQL suggested) and Adrenalin 23.8.2 (WHQL suggested) Original Issue: Green dots appear on screen, visible only under certain conditions like cursor movement or display color changes. They seem to move or shift depending on the monitor content. Troubleshooting Steps: Tried downgrading drivers, rebooting, and resetting GPU settings in Adrenalin. The card performs well in both Windows and games, running smoothly at 30-60°C. Connectivity: one monitor via HDMI, another via DP. Any additional methods to try? No warranty on the hardware.

The dots remain positioned consistently after reboots. They continue to line up with the same pixel precision on any screen resolution you use.

In this video I attempt to keep my phone steady, yet shift the Adrenaline window side to side. You'll notice the green dots fluctuate constantly when moving, but remain fixed when still. The file appears to work in VLC 23-12-01 13-50-14 4622.mp4, though the forum claims it's corrupt.

Are there alternative cables available to test? Given their mobility, the problem seems GPU-related. Would it still occur if you remove all AMD drivers and use the standard Microsoft driver?

They'll attempt it later, but keep in mind this occurs on both screens and 1 is using DP while the other uses HDMI, making cable issues seem unlikely from my perspective.
