I experience minimal GPU activity and modest FPS (150-200, sometimes under 100) when I push my GPU to overclock. Resetting the overclock brings it back to a capped 400 at the same settings. This behavior doesn’t occur with any other title. During gameplay, my GPU usage stays between 40-60%, while my CPU runs around 40% with background applications running. The game is playing at 1080p resolution. This is frustrating since I can’t enable overclock tweaks for other games due to Overwatch restrictions. Assistance needed. My hardware: i7 9700k @4.4GHz, 16GB dual channel, 3200MHz RAM, RTX 2070 Super MSI Z390 MPG Gaming Plus motherboard. The game is installed on Corsair Force MP510 with a 240GB SSD.

You can utilize OC configurations with suitable programs. Saving them to profiles lets you trigger them via shortcut or taskbar icon. Regarding OW problems, the configuration settings could be causing the issues. Have you attempted adjusting them to a higher bit rate (excluding shadows, reflections, and lighting)? I believe you likely have a 240Hz monitor, which should meet the needs for over 250fps in most games.

It's a bit confusing, but essentially you're pointing out the contradiction in your message. At certain sections you mention around 200 or similar details, while elsewhere you seem to be asking about different things. Just remember not to rely on your original character for this. You can still apply it to other games—what tools do you prefer for OC? Also, what kind of monitor are you using?

I understand 150-200 isn't low, especially in Overwatch at the lowest settings. The drop isn't random—it happens in specific areas of the map. I adjusted my settings using MSI Afterburner and played with the Asus VG279QM monitor.
