I also attempted it, but it didn't work. Someone mentioned it needs to be done around five times. I just wish they'd update the drivers instead of forcing everyone to reinstall them.

It's accurate, though it could take several weeks before a fix is available. Nvidia isn't particularly quick, at least based on my experience over the years.

The problem appears to be unrelated to the specific vendor and mainly occurs in open zones of Night City. Inside spaces I maintain around 65-75 FPS with 98% GPU usage.

Agreed. I believe it will need a bit more time to resolve the issues. Still, I expect the CPU settings to align with the system recommendation for each game, preventing it from becoming a bottleneck in what appears to be the most crucial part of the experience. We should monitor the situation, but I plan to keep tracking these matters and any crashes to CDPR, hoping they can address them before my next playthrough.
