You're seeing stable performance around 60 FPS on your setup, which is great. To push it higher with OptiFine and no extra mods, consider adjusting your GPU settings slightly—lower the frame cap a bit or tweak the resolution/refresh rate. Also, ensure your system has enough RAM and that your graphics drivers are up to date. If you're using a dedicated 6GB RAM, make sure it's not overcommitting memory.

Check if v-sync is enabled in the NVIDIA settings. (I’m not sure it exists for AMD GPUs.)

You might find a feature to align your frame rate with your display settings enabled.

Check if VSync is enabled in Minecraft. Adjust the frame rate to unlimited, but note that VSync remains active and may limit performance.

Hey there! I see you're feeling a bit annoyed. Just wanted to let you know about any strange activity the site might have done.

Regarding driver's vsync setup, yes—even with a monitor supporting 60 Hz, increasing the frame rate doesn’t improve performance.

I don't rely on VSync.
