I frequently encounter stutters while playing Minecraft, causing my frames to drop from 144 to 140 and resulting in brief stuttering pauses. I have attempted numerous troubleshooting steps, including adding RAM, utilizing OptiFine, clearing temporary files, reducing render distance, and adjusting various settings. I am uncertain of further solutions and was hoping for assistance from others. My system specifications are RTX 2080, i9 9900k, 32gb RAM, and rog maximus xi hero. A video clip demonstrating the issue is available at the linked URL. The problem involves stuttering.

What power supply unit do you use? What are your temperatures while playing Minecraft? Minecraft shouldn’t force your processors to work excessively hard, but a computer manages heat by intentionally lowering processor clock speeds, which subsequently reduces frames per second.

What programs are running in the background? Try disabling them and check if that resolves the issue. Consider using V-Sync if it’s not already enabled.
