I still struggle to understand why I can't run Minecraft with just 2GB of RAM and a 2GB page file. Feed The Beast, especially on XP!

Java already has a lot of memory usage, then adding 80 mods really cranks it up. It usually runs around 3GB to 3.5 GB. Wow, that XP version is such a relic!

Wow, XP WTF! Having just 2GB of RAM for Minecraft is honestly a lot to handle. It really drains the system.

Because only half a gigabyte is assigned (if you're using the standard setting), you can increase it in the launcher.

Minimal demand on system resources. Really, that’s impressive—thanks for the praise! Isn’t it great how efficiently you’re using what you have?

Results on 8.1 are improved; the new start8 version offers a clean, modern interface that works well without clutter.
