Microstutters in online games
Microstutters in online games
I've been facing this really bothersome problem since I purchased this PC about three months ago, and I desperately need assistance—any help would be extremely valuable.
When playing certain optimized games online (like PUBG, Arma 3, Murderous Pursuits, Hurtworld or Rust), I experience noticeable microstutters. However, offline play (especially Murderous Pursuits) runs perfectly fine. Some optimized titles (such as Dragon Ball FighterZ and Rainbows Six Siege) work well online, but not every game is this perfectly tuned.
Anyone please assist me with this issue? These are real microstutters, which increase frame time (measured with MSI Afterburner).
Specs: RTX 2060, i5 9600K (stock), 16GB 3000.
I have tried two wireless adapters, but I can't connect a cable—please don’t mention it.
I own a Netis WF2190 adapter (bought with the PC) and possibly a TP-LINK TL-WN722N V1, but the latest driver is from 2013 and doesn’t support W10 (only W8 or W8.1, not sure).
Help would be greatly appreciated.
