Hi, I'm genuinely lost with this. I have a pc with a 9800x3d, a 5070ti, 64gb cl30 6000, msi x670e and a seasonic 750w gold 80+, windows 11. Whenever i play virtually any game my system start having these super subtle micro stutters that are really noticeable whenever i move the mouse. Also very noticeable in fps games where i have to track enemies. Point is, i think i have tried everything, i also resorted asking to gemini which made me enable and disable a lot of bios options. As of right now i have reverted the bios to its original state and only enabled expo and 3d mode (or whatever that option is called). HAGS is enabled, memory integrity is disabled, i have used ddu to make a clean driver installation, gsync is enabled as well as vsync (only in the nvidia control panel tho). I've tried using process lasso with no avail, both on and off give the same results. Mouse polling rate is set to 1000. My first monitor is 260hz and second one is 240, so ive also tried capping the first to 240 and that didnt do anything. I ran LatencyMon in the background while playing a cs2 deathmatch and these are the results, if it can be useful somehow:

What display device are you employing? And which storage medium are you utilizing?

asus tuf gaming vg27aqm1a is the main choice, while the samsung odissey g4 serves as a secondary option.
