It would be great if PC gamers could also enjoy some of the exclusive titles (by moving them to PC). They might still be limited to games purchased directly through their own store.
The equalizer would be the wired and wireless XBOX gaming keyboard. In titles like BF4 and Call Of Duty, the challenge has been established. A fierce competition has been ongoing for years. This benefits gamers overall. I recommend an icon showing the platform, such as XBOX360 or PS4.
I see the point if this helps. For instance, if a friend owns a PS4 while you have an Xbox One, you might not be able to play GTA Online together. But there are potential problems too—like PCs being more vulnerable to online hacking, making it simpler for hackers to disrupt console gaming experiences.
They might maintain private online servers for each platform like Xbox360/PS4, but if they aim to compete with PC gamers, they could offer dedicated servers. This would let players face each other against PC or PS4 users when their own servers are busy or lack participants. This approach could benefit the gaming sector by supporting cross-platform titles that perform well on today’s consoles. I should mention I personally use an Xbox 360 controller on my PC for specific games such as Grid 2.
