Hi everyone, after installing Windows 11 and pressing ‘get updates’, there were several updates to appear after clicking ‘retry’. It seemed strange because most apps were listed as retrying, yet they installed one by one with no apps shown. Once I left the Microsoft Store and refreshed all the apps, everything displayed correctly as installed. Am I correct in believing that the Microsoft Store UI can sometimes have issues? This has happened before on other devices during setup.

I just reviewed the reliability history and the logs don’t reflect that either. I only set up the laptop yesterday. On other devices, they show updates to the Microsoft Store in reliability history. I’m wondering if the apps updated properly—since Notepad has the auto-save feature, but it didn’t log it. Maybe because it said retry and installed by itself without a log? What should we do? Thanks so much.

I don't enjoy checking reliability history myself because every time I do, mistakes appear and suddenly the blue line drops since one program crashed. The latest issue was printer drivers that didn't update today. Great... You could check the event viewer as well, since everything in reliability history is also there. I'm not sure why it doesn't display there. It might show in Windows Update instead, as not all updates appear in reliability history. The two OCUK links need me to log on to view them.
