This week I encountered issues with Office 365 applications. When I launched them on my Windows 10 system, only a black screen showed up except for Teams and Outlook. I attempted to view a PowerPoint presentation in a browser, but all Microsoft sites were blocked. Recently, opening the Minecraft launcher also resulted in a black screen, and the Microsoft Store displayed the same problem. How can I resolve this?

No changes were made to the OS. There’s nothing that would result in a blacklist or removal of Windows add-ons.

I adjusted a few minor settings using Winearo Tweaker, added Rainmeter and SpyBot Antibeacon, and otherwise did nothing significant.

That’s the most reasonable response. One of them took out some features required for Microsoft products.

I resolved the issues with the office applications on my computer. I turned off hardware acceleration in the Outlook settings. However, the Minecraft launcher and Microsoft sites remain blocked or display a black screen.
