Hello everyone, I own these Hyperx Cloud Stinger headphones for a while now and they perform excellently. But when I try to record using the microphone, I constantly hear static noise, which bothers me a lot. When I start playback of the microphone, the noise appears every time I connect the 3.5mm jack. Even after adjusting the microphone volume to zero in the sound settings, this issue persists. After installing Windows 11, it started happening. The old Realtek drivers aren’t working for me; only the Realtek Audio Console remains, which seems to be non-functional. Noise suppression behaves the same whether it’s active or not, and AEC also doesn’t help.

Realtek Drivers I have: 6.0.9222.1
Motherboard: Asus Prime a320m-k
I think the problem might lie with the microphone itself. If I want better sound quality, I’d need a better mic. However, I suspect there could be an issue with the noise suppression, since it worked much better on Windows 10.

when you open the device manager and navigate to sound, video and game controllers, the section that appears will show the available devices listed there.
