Click beside the bus and perform the render test; does it adjust to 16x?
Display the Hz setting at 240.

It still stutters with v sync... and i clicked to do the render test and still no x16
This?

What kind of motherboard do you own? Is there an additional x16 port available for testing? Check the clean slot and ensure the graphics card connections are secure using isopropyl alcohol with a lint-free material such as a foam swab.

Hello, I'm using a Z390F gaming rig and don't have any more X16 slots left. I believe this might be causing the stutters, as I've noticed similar issues in League of Legends with micro stutters too.
