my issue:
All games exhibit microstutter.
What steps have I attempted to resolve it?
- Reinstalled Windows 11
- DDU
- Virus scans from Windows disabled
- ftpm turned off
- No oc / xmp enabled
- Frame limit applied
- Vsync toggled on/off
- MPO turned off
- c1e disabled
- Updated BIOS to the latest version
