I’ve spent a lot of time trying to fix my PC, but nothing seems to help. My CS and R6 are experiencing micro stutters, and I’m unable to resolve them. I’ve even completely reformatted the system, yet the issue persists.

In Rainbow Six the stutters are less noticeable but still happen occasionally, especially during exchanges, with the CS lock stuttering frequently.

I keep checking temperatures; the processor stays below 70°C during intense games, and the graphics card never goes over 60°C.

I thought it might be my motherboard since it’s a basic model, but I tested two different boards and the problem remained unchanged.

I also tried two different power supplies.

Here are some videos for reference:

My current configuration:
RX 3060 Ti
Ryzen 7 5700X
24GB RAM at 3000MHz
Memory type: Prime B450M Gaming/Br
This model doesn’t include a heatsink on the VRMs, but I purchased them separately and installed them.

Power Supply: ATX SPARK 75+ 600W PCYES

My games are installed on an exclusive SSD.

Actions taken and results:
*Switched to PC and GPU power plan for better performance
*Disabled Xbox Game Bar
*Changed game mode on/off frequently
*Uninstalled the game, reformatted all game SSDs, downgraded it—still no improvement
*Monitored temperatures; they’re normal
*Conducted a stress test on CPU, GPU, and RAM—no issues found
*RDR2 runs smoothly without stuttering
*Today I completely reformatted my PC, including the Windows SSD and game SSDs, then reinstalled everything—still no change
*My motherboard BIOS is already at the latest version
*Enabled and disabled Resizable Bar in BIOS
*GPU drivers are up to date
*Tested in heavier games like RDR2; the game runs perfectly without crashes*

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

It could be a risky approach, but how do you configure your RAM? A 24GB configuration would not fit well, and it's probably better to stick with the kits available (like a 2x8GB set). Regarding the PSUs, which ones have you tested?

other psu = evga 850w 80 plus bronze
I'm using two memories in dual channel and one in single channel. However, when I removed the single channel memory and kept just the two in dual, it didn't make a difference at all.
