Check if RTX is active and confirm the current resolution. It might be lagging slightly with texture loading. Ensure your game is saved on an SSD for better performance.
Reviewed Metro Exodus game settings and noticed no ray tracing choices in the menu. Also checked Shadow of Tomb Raider—same situation. I own a 2080 Super. What’s the issue? Please share my Nvidia and Windows versions so I can help.
