Several routers support DUAL/Multi-WAN features. My ASUS GT-AC5300 lets me turn on and set the DUAL-LAN type and ports. Keep in mind this won’t boost your speed. You can use it for balancing traffic or switching when one connection runs low. It’s unclear how this would handle running out of your monthly data allowance, especially if you try to make the secondary WAN the main one because of speed limits. Still, it could be useful if many devices connect at once regularly.
