I increased my 8GB x 2 RAM speed from 2400 to 2666 with the Ryzen overclock tool. After restarting, the screen went black with no input. System details: Ryzen 3 3200G, 8GB DDR4, ballistix sport LTE, GTX1660 Zotac, TUF B450 M Plus, gaming motherboard. A 1TB Seagate Barracuda Compute HDD and a 240GB Crucial SSD were installed.
Restart the CMOS settings. Usually there’s a button on the motherboard or jumper pins. If not, remove the BIOS battery for a few minutes and reinsert it. This won’t damage anything. That’s what occurs when memory OC fails—it’s normal and common during memory adjustments.

I reviewed your motherboard manual and found a 2-pin jumper in the lower right corner near the chipset—short it to reset. For easier access, check page 1-1 of your manual for detail 8 if needed. This is the tricky part when working with boards that don’t have built-in overclocking features. If you prefer a simpler method, you can connect your computer case’s reset switch to that 2-pin spot instead.
I don't see any debug logs on that board. What do they indicate?
Have you confirmed the board didn’t exchange video output with the onboard graphics? This can occur occasionally.
The only idea that comes to mind is removing the SSD and connecting it to my laptop. That way, I could install the Ryzen overclock software.
