I'm assisting her friend with upgrading her RAM. She currently has 8GB and wants to go to 16GB. She has an Intel Core i7-8400 socket, 1151LGA, 2.8GHz, with random brand memory, a GTX 1070, and a Medion B360H4-E motherboard. I recommended Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 Vengeance LPX 16GB or HyperX Fury HX426C16FB3K2/16 DIMM DDR4 CL16. These should fit her system.

They should probably function well. Are there any 3200mhz options in the same budget?

They seem to be both at 2666MHz, though I noticed some Corsair models running at 3200MHz. It should still work.
