It occurs every 30 to 45 minutes. I've already run MemTest, but no SFC errors were detected. Files aren't corrupted, yet the system can't repair them.

The Windows update is working. It's not likely a hardware problem since the SFC reports the operating system is damaged.

I must read not carefully, I missed that SFC part. But still, memory problem may lead to corruption and if there is even chance that it may be hardware problem, it should be checked first, before any refreshing system.
