I checked the details and found the discrepancy. The system shows 32GB RAM, yet the total physical memory is listed as 15.9GB. Someone should verify the installation or check for any hidden partitions.

Adding two more 8GB drives will bring the total to 32. Everything is securely installed.

Certainly part of the issue is addressed. Follow The_russian's advice and restart the system using just the new kit. Observe the outcome without relocating the new sticks.
