The 3000MHz RAM may not be compatible with your Ryzen 5 1600 AF, while the 2966MHz option should work with the ASUS TUF AMD B450 PRO GAMING ATX board.

The 3000MHz frequency should be fine since the trash bin is only 2600. If it doesn’t work, you can simply lower the volume a bit.
