Your warranty would likely remain valid since you're using the standard 3200MHz speed. Turning D.O.C.P. doesn't affect that.

Overclocking may risk canceling a warranty, but the company can’t confirm whether you did it, so be cautious when handling returns. It’s highly improbable you’ll face problems, though.
