Hey everyone, I assembled a PC using items I already had. It doesn’t boot from the media even though it shows up on other computers. I suspect the motherboard might be failing, but when I remove the installation tool, everything else works. The external hard drive I’m using is just looping and shutting off every second or so. If needed, I can attach a video or audio file. Thanks!

I switched to another device for the boot drive and it functioned properly, which was surprising since I had used that one before installing Windows on four different computers.
