I saw the issue while playing games and noticed HWMonitor showing a significant drop in voltage for my VIN14. I checked with HWInfo64, which listed it as "igpu." I thought maybe I could figure out the GPU model myself. At that point, my RAM was running at 3600MHz/1.21V, CPU at 5GHz/1.28V, with the GPU reaching around 70°C. The CPU stayed under 68°C unless I ran a long AIDA64 session. My average CPU temperature was about 60°C during games. There were some minor voltage changes, but nothing extreme—well within the -5% range for the 3.3V supply. I attached a screenshot showing idle temps and settings to confirm everything looked normal. My system specs include an i5-9600K at 4.6GHz, 16GB RAM at 3000MHz, and a MSI Z-390 A Pro Gigabyte with 1660 OC Edition at 1950MHz core and 4500MHz memory.
That is for the integrated graphics. Considering that you have a dedicated graphics card (1660 OC), you don't need to worry about it.
The above is correct - That's a sensor reading the voltage of the iGPU (Internal GPU) in the CPU. Since from your specs you're using an external graphics card it's nothing to worry about, esp since the only problem you've stated is the drop in voltage itself, nothing related to any bad/weird system behaviour.
