I recently upgraded my GPU/CPU and am trying to utilize ReBar on my AsRock B450m Pro4. I’ve put in the effort and my Windows 10 is running in legacy mode. I tried using the tool the usual way offline, but it can’t find my OS partition and can’t convert disk 0. I noticed that under Disk Management, disk 0 is labeled as a Crucial SSD, not my Sabrent SSD. Disk 1 does support marking it as an active partition, but I’m unsure about making changes there without risking my boot process. I’m comfortable handling basic MMO settings and entry-level tweaks, but I’m not very experienced. Can anyone assist me in resolving this so I can get the most out of my new GPU? For clarity, my 512 GB is set as the boot drive, meaning Disk 1 should be recognized, not Disk 0. Disk 1, also known as C, includes labels like Boot, Crash, Dump, Primary Partition, and a recovery partition with 499 MB. Drive 0 has a System Reserved partition of 50 MB (System, Active) plus another partition labeled E with 931 GB for the page file and primary partition.

Can I start Windows without the Crucial drive attached? Also, does the conversion utility work without it?
