-I created a Windows 11 USB, started it and opened repair mode > advanced > command prompt > ran bootrec /FixMbr but it didn’t work. I went back to the BIOS and adjusted the CSM settings to enable legacy and UEFI only, then it booted fine! It seems I was using GPT instead of MBR. My confusion is still high – why couldn’t I get into Windows after turning on Resize BAR and disabling CSM? That’s another topic for later!
