Maybe a simple recall question?
I assembled a contemporary AMD Ryzen 5 5600G setup with a Deskmeet x300 ITX unit. Added an XPG 2x8GB DDR4 3200Mhz memory module. Performance is stable, all components are functioning well. The BIOS shows the RAM speed as 2666Mhz under "Auto" settings, though it offers a manual adjustment option. It seems the 3200Mhz figure likely reflects XMP/DOCP configurations—check if that's correct.
Ensure XMP is turned on or adjust the DRAM voltage to the manufacturer’s specified value (usually around 1.35V). Set the timings according to the kit’s recommended values (tCL, tRCD, tRP, tRAS) found on the packaging. If you activate XMP correctly, no further changes are needed—just configure it to profile 1 and test with CPU-Z.
