Hello, I'm really struggling to find a solution. My Skylake i7 6700 has been working smoothly since winter 2015, but now I'm encountering a Q code 40 error and several devices aren't functioning—like HDMI and USB ports. I suspect something might be wrong with the PSU or maybe the BIOS you installed. It feels like bad things can happen in threes, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Code 40 indicates the system has exited an S4 sleep mode. Access settings and switch off hibernation in your operating system's power options. This should fix the issue.

I could do that, but it wouldn't even appear on a screen...no visual output.
