I believe the issue isn't this, since on my older machine with a GTX 750ti, the modpack consumed about 70% of the GPU.

It could be due to your athletics x4 845 causing a system slowdown. Hypixel says Minecraft uses just 1-2 cores at a time, but an athletics x4 845 struggles with single-core performance, which would have affected a 750ti.

Have you considered allocating more memory to MC? On demanding mod sets I experienced poor frame rates; without at least 2-4GB of RAM, my performance dropped significantly, and your screen shows it using the standard 1GB.

I saved another launcher and executed the same modpack, and now everything is working well with about 40 percent GPU usage.

I used Twitch in the mods area, which wasn't related to crypto mining. I changed to ATLauncher. Apologies for the delayed response.
