Windows 11 with a 1080p 120Hz screen and RX6700XT. About a week ago, most games I played hit a 60FPS cap unless I enabled VSync in the game settings, which boosted it to 120FPS. I’m checking if others have faced similar issues recently. Before jumping to DDU or reinstalling, I haven’t found games without this problem. Here’s a rundown of what I’ve tried: Battlefield 6 Open Beta, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, The Division 2, Kingdom Come Deliverance, The Precinct, Minecraft, and GTA V.

AMD Adrenalin offers two ways to cap the frame rate. The standard limiter and the cool and quiet mode should both be disabled.
