It seems the AIO caused the issue to appear wider on the CPU. The photo you shared was taken prior to installing it.

Well i'm probably gonna take a look tomorrow and re-apply the paste but the temps seem fine,im not sure but i do think that i have applied enough even though it didn't look like i did.

In reality, those temperatures are acceptable, though improved paste application could lower them slightly. Make sure not to place paste inside the socket.

It’s the only way to confirm! I assumed you might have saved your preferences, even though you’re using a simple heatsink. It should be pretty accurate.

I'm around 85°C with those adjustments too, and I used 4.4 GHz because the stability wasn't working well; I went with 4.5 instead.
