Hello! I hope this is the appropriate place to share this topic, please forgive if it isn't. So, I recently upgraded the graphics cards on my computer today—changing from a GTX 1060 with 6GB to an AMD RX 9060 XT (I even shared a thread here). At first, everything seemed okay; I could play Cyberpunk 2077 without any issues. However, when I tried playing Player's Unknown Battleground with friends, problems started. My computer would freeze slightly whenever I opened the inventory and attempted to pick up items on the ground. This happened every time.

After checking the task manager, I noticed a significant RAM usage (14GB, while my friends used about 5-6GB). There were also frequent spikes in 'material fault' errors—apologies for any possible mistranslation.

After researching online, I realized the issue might be more related to software than hardware, so I decided to post here. After trying various solutions, I suspect it wasn't just the game itself but also at launch: https://ibb.co/KpGsxfGJ. It seems I experience a spike whenever I try to open Photoshop, possibly every time a program runs.

My RAM usage also looks unusually high, which is unusual since I usually don’t run many programs at once. I’m not entirely sure if the problem existed before today, but it’s definitely new.

So, I completely reinstalled Windows. Right now, I'm using 7GB of RAM for Windows, Discord, Steam, Firefox, and Gog Galaxy. I thought that was typical, but it turns out it's actually quite heavy. I still have the material issue, though I was told it was normal with an SSD helping with RAM. PUBG is working fine now, which makes me wonder if the problem was really due to insufficient RAM. It's odd that it happened right after installing my new graphics card. Does a graphics card actually use RAM?
