I have an 8GB RAM setup with 3000MHz RAM on a Ryzen 5 2600, and I’m considering adding more. The issue is whether dual-channel speeds will still apply or if pairing 3000MHz with 3200MHz causes problems.

They operate in dual channel at 3000Mhz. Settings default to the slowest speed. Alternatively, you can overclock the first stage up to 3200.

You could use both settings at 3000, or the motherboard would detect the XMP profile for the 3200 and slightly boost your RAM performance.

Thanks! Your RAM is working perfectly and everything runs smoothly at 3200MHz.
