He had an A10-7070K installed incorrectly on the motherboard, causing serious issues. The situation is quite severe and likely beyond simple repairs. Even if you could align every pin perfectly, the CPU would probably be damaged permanently. It’s best to consider replacing it rather than trying a fix.

The CPU might survive by bending the pins back. Even if a few are damaged, it could function if the VCC or GND pins are intact, or if only one memory channel works. This is based on my past experiences repairing bent components on chips and sockets.

They should be adjustable, though they might snap if you push too hard—be careful. Use a credit card or similar tool to straighten them. Slide it between the pins or apply gentle pressure. Just remember, it’s not a guarantee it will work. I’ve had to bend several pins before, and I used that same method on a laptop CPU.
