Ensure devices are connected via LAN instead of switching over WAN. The old router's WAN port is not functional.

The internet connection is fully unavailable on my phone. On my laptop, I can't reach the second router's GUI, but on my test laptop, full access is available.

I suspect there might be an issue with the configuration. Have you updated the DHCP settings on your initial router? Be sure the second router's IP is outside the DHCP range, otherwise you could face problems.

It's 192.168.10.2, the primary switch is 192.168.10.1, and it has a DHCP pool at 192.168.10.100 greater than 192.168.10.254

It might be a firmware problem. It's difficult to determine. Consider using third-party firmware.
