I’m experiencing several issues after recent upgrades. First, I noticed more frequent crashes—about seven blue screens each month with game freezes. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact reason but suspect a memory problem. Both my 16GB and 32GB kits are identical (3200MHz, 16-18-18-36), yet the models differ slightly (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 vs CMK16GX4M2E3200C16). Could this be related?

Second, my GPU is making a strange noise after switching from GTX 970 to RTX 3060. It sounds low and inconsistent, not the typical coil whine. I have a video linked in this thread for reference.

Third, the BIOS occasionally displays Chinese characters when switched to Chinese mode. It switches back to English normally, but it affects some controls and initial BIOS info. Help would be appreciated.
