Hi, your Virgin Media Hub 4 should connect normally to the router at 192.168.1.1. If it doesn’t load lately, try a different network cable or restart the router. If that doesn’t help, check for firmware updates or contact Virgin Media support for further assistance.
It could have switched to 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.254, 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.254. Or check your command prompt for the default gateway.
