Hi, your Virgin Media Hub 4 should connect normally to the router at 192.168.1.1. If it doesn’t load lately, try a different network cable or restart the router. If that doesn’t help, check for firmware updates or contact Virgin Media support for further assistance.

Search results indicate the default web interface IP is 192.168.0.1. Checking via ipconfig on a local PC confirms the router acts as the gateway in a basic configuration.

It could have switched to 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.254, 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.254. Or check your command prompt for the default gateway.
