I frequently played Battlefield 4 multiplayer on my old Xbox 360. After selling it, I upgraded to a new gaming PC and now want to revisit BF4 for PC. If I can’t recover my previous progress, I’ll use BattleLog on my old console.

Unfortunately you're out of luck, I wasn't expecting the same result for BF3 on X360 to PC.

You must contact EA support to combine the two accounts. Battlelog interprets each cdkey as a separate account.
