If the card isn't functioning, consider using another GPU on the same board if possible. Also, reset the CMOS on your motherboard to check if that resolves the issue.

I received a second GPU but the problem persists, CMOS cleared yet no improvement. RAM checked on a friend's machine works fine, so I'll move on to the CPU.
