Here’s a revised version of your message:

I hope this finds you well. I’m not a native speaker, so please understand. I’m shutting down my PC normally and turning on the power switch on the back of the PSU. Then I saw some unusual blinking lights on certain parts of my mainboard. To my surprise, the RGB LEDs and the debug display came on. I was starting to think something was wrong. I noticed that my iPad Pro 21 remained connected through USB-C to the mainboard’s USB-C port because I used it as a portable second monitor needing a wired connection. After unplugging the iPad, I assumed it might be supplying power via USB. But to my surprise, it actually powered the mainboard. My question now is: is this dangerous? Are the current and voltage being managed correctly? Is this safe in general? This made me wonder why this could happen. I’d appreciate your insights and a prompt reply.

Best regards,

It's generally fine; I've experienced power through HDMI and USB ports on my PC before. It sometimes caused discomfort during troubleshooting, though it wasn't the root issue.
