In short, everything functioned properly until the next day when my DP monitor stopped showing a signal. After some checks, I realized the DP connection between my GPU and monitor wasn’t working on all three ports. The fix was to turn off the display and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Initially, just unplugging and replugging didn’t help, so I moved the monitor to another PC for testing—it worked afterward. I also discovered others faced the same problem using the same workaround. Hope this assists!

System: Windows 10 64 bit 21H2 Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: MSI RX 5700 XT Mech OC 64GB 2x32 DDR4 3600mhz
Monitor: MSI Optix MAG27CQ 1440p (DP), Acer 1080p (HDMI)

Turn off the power to the Display Port monitor for a minimum of 30 seconds, after which reconnect it.
