The Windows 11 mail application (or Outlook now called Ig) sometimes appears blurry or unclear when you move your mouse over it. This issue has happened with another program that relies on hardware acceleration, but I'm unsure how to disable it in the mail app. What might be causing this and how can I stop it?

The "mail app" menu option that changes visibility is actually intended to represent the "Inbox" – correct?
Can you right-click the menu entry and inspect its properties?
If possible, proceed with that action.
Repeat the same process for the remaining menu items that do not change appearance.
Search for a property linked to the menu item that seems unusual compared to the others.

It's not only the emails, but the whole application. Right-clicking gives no effect.
