Hello All
I’m currently using Gmail.com for my emails, but today I tried the Windows Mail app. Everything seems to work when sending and receiving messages, though sometimes images fail to display and display as “Cannot be displayed.” When I log into Gmail.com directly, everything appears normal. I also checked the settings in “Settings-Manage Account-Gmail Sync Settings,” confirming that “Always download full message and Internet Images” is enabled. I reopened the app and still see the same issue. Under “Settings - Reading Pane,” I reviewed options like “Select An Account - Gmail” and “Automatically download external images and style formats,” which are all active. I’m unsure what to do next.

It might be useful to perform a complete reset on the mail application if you haven’t already. You can access this by navigating to Apps & Features in the Windows 10 settings, selecting Mail and Calendar, tapping on Advanced Options, and then choosing the Reset button. This action will erase all accounts linked to the app, requiring you to log in again.
